Yes, changes to your reservation can be made based on availability at the time of your request. You are able to make changes to your reservation such as the number of drivers or date/time, or even the course.
However, if you wish to make changes or cancel your booking within 6 days prior (Japan Standard Time) to your activity date, our Cancellation Policy will apply.
Yes. Our standard insurance plan with basic coverage is indeed included in the tour fee, but you will have to pay a deductible if there are any kart damages due to bumping, scratching, rough driving or accidents. The deductible of 50,000 JPY/vehicle will be billed right after the tour.
The standard insurance plan covers:
・odily Injury (other than driver) : Limited to 80,000,000 JPY
・Property Damage : Limited to 20,000,000 JPY
・Driver Injury: Limited to 5,000,000 JPY
Therefore, we highly recommend our valuable customers choosing the full coverage insurance plan when making the reservation online or at the shop with an additional fee.

What an unforgettable experience! Our Guide was so awesome and funny, making this tour one of the best moments of our Tokyo trip! This was our first time, and I really hope it’s not the last. It exceeded all my expectations! I couldn’t stop laughing and smiling the entire time. Dressing up in costumes, especially with my Hello Kitty hat, and seeing my family in theirs was so much fun! The Tokyo Bay tour is just something else. Cruising along the city roads at sunset, passing by all these legendary landmarks, was an absolute dream.
