Excellent experience! Highly recommended! The reservation and booking process was smooth and easy. We did have to provide photo proof of our International Driving Permit (IDP) for booking. Our first choice of location was temporarily closed, but we moved to the Tokyo stop near the Rainbow Bridge (~1.5hr). The location is about a 10-minute walk from the nearest metro station, or you can take the bus if needed. The registration process was simple, and we opted for the insurance at a reasonable price. After watching the safety rule video, we were ready to jump into the kart for easy-to-follow instructions. If you’re a licensed driver, you’ll find it all straightforward. We drove for about 1:45 hours without being stuck in traffic. The experience was truly unique and exciting, and I have no regrets trying this, especially on the Tokyo route. I highly recommend this adventure! P.S. I recommend wearing goggles, even if you wear glasses, for extra protection.
This was one of the best experiences I’ve had during my 8-month backpacking trip! It was amazing to experience Tokyo in a go-kart, and it was tons of fun. The staff made sure everything was safe and fun, making this a memorable part of my trip. I highly recommend this activity to anyone visiting Tokyo. I can’t even begin to explain how amazing this excursion was! The staff were beyond friendly, and our guide was exceptional! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and even took over 100 photos of me and my group, which he airdropped to us afterward for FREE! This experience was truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. We got to see Tokyo Tower, Rainbow Bridge, and multiple beautiful parks and skylines. Driving on the real roads of Tokyo, sharing the streets with other traffic, was so much FUN! This is a MUST-DO for anyone traveling to Tokyo. I would rate this a 10-star experience if I could!
We did this on our 3rd last day in Tokyo, and what an experience it was! The views from the city were unreal, especially at night. I highly recommend doing this tour at night for the best experience. The guide was the friendliest and had great knowledge of the city. It was a must-do activity while in Tokyo!

If you want a full adrenaline experience with great views and a taste of Tokyo driving, this is the tour for you! The guide was fantastic and kept us safe while making sure we had fun. We rotated and all got a chance to drive in the front, making the experience even more exciting. This is a great sightseeing tour, and I highly recommend booking this when visiting Japan!
Had the most amazing time at Street Kart Tokyo Bay! I did the afternoon slot, so it was a bit too hot to wear full costumes, but we wore costume hats to stay in theme. The guide was great at explaining the rules and led us through Tokyo, pointing out landmarks along the way. Definitely a can’t-miss experience if you’re in Tokyo!
