Yes, changes to your reservation can be made based on availability at the time of your request. You are able to make changes to your reservation such as the number of drivers or date/time, or even the course.
However, if you wish to make changes or cancel your booking within 6 days prior (Japan Standard Time) to your activity date, our Cancellation Policy will apply.
Yes. Our standard insurance plan with basic coverage is indeed included in the tour fee, but you will have to pay a deductible if there are any kart damages due to bumping, scratching, rough driving or accidents. The deductible of 50,000 JPY/vehicle will be billed right after the tour.
The standard insurance plan covers:
・odily Injury (other than driver) : Limited to 80,000,000 JPY
・Property Damage : Limited to 20,000,000 JPY
・Driver Injury: Limited to 5,000,000 JPY
Therefore, we highly recommend our valuable customers choosing the full coverage insurance plan when making the reservation online or at the shop with an additional fee.
The full coverage insurance plan covers:
・Bodily Injury (other than driver) : Unlimited
・Property Damage : Unlimited
・Kart Damage : Unlimited
・Driver Injury: up to 30,000,000 JPY

Our group of 6 did this tour and wow, we had the BEST time! The moment we got on the kart and started driving through the streets of Tokyo, we were all laughing and enjoying ourselves. Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo Tower were just stunning at night. Our guide was friendly and made sure we were all together and safe. The weather was perfect, not too cold, and it felt just right. We got to see so many incredible sites and landmarks across Tokyo, from Tokyo Tower to the Rainbow Bridge. This was an amazing experience, definitely hard to beat! We did the 1.5-2 hour night tour and had the best time. We started with a beautiful sunset, drove over the Rainbow Bridge at night, and got to see Tokyo Tower all lit up. The guide was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure we had a great time. The photos we got along the way were incredible! It was such a cool experience, and a great way to stay cool and off our feet in the July heat.
